Romantasy Fair 2026 will take place on October 10th, 2026 at the Laurenskerk in Rotterdam. The event is a blend of a Romantasy book festival and an immersive fantasy ball.

Information for Workshop Hosts, Artists & interactive activities

For Romantasy Fair 2026, we are especially looking for interactive activities that invite visitors to participate, play, and immerse themselves in the world of Romantasy.

This can take many forms. Think of:

• Potion-making or spell-crafting workshops

• Rune drawing, tarot or oracle readings

• Calligraphy, sigil design, or wax seal making

• Mini armour, crown, or accessory crafting

• Live demonstrations where visitors can join in

In short: if you can offer an interactive, Romantasy-related experience, we would love to hear your idea.

Practical Information for interactive activities

If your activity or concept is selected for Romantasy Fair 2026, you will be provided with a booth free of charge. You may charge visitors who participate in your activity a small fee if you want to.

We’re happy to think along with you if your activity requires an adjusted setup or a slightly different booth arrangement.

Important Note on Sound & Atmosphere

Please keep in mind that Romantasy Fair takes place in one large hall. Throughout the evening, there will be music, announcements, and general crowd noise.

Because of this, activities that require long, quiet explanations or extended verbal interaction may not be suitable. When pitching your idea, please consider whether it can function well in a lively, energetic environment.
