Get the chance to meet your favorite Romantasy authors in person! You’ll have the opportunity to chat, ask questions, and have your books signed by the authors themselves. These meet-and-greets offer a unique chance to connect with the authors and dive deeper into their worlds. Our line-up of authors will be announced soon, and includes multiple local and international Romantasy authors.
Magical Book Fair
Wander through our magical book fair, where you’ll find a wide range of Romantasy books, as well as unique book-related items to take home. From special editions to bookish treasures like bookmarks, candles, and artwork, there’s something to ignite the imagination of every book lover. Explore the world of Romantasy and discover new reads, all while enjoying the immersive atmosphere.
Cosplayers Bringing Romantasy Characters to Life
At Romantasy Fair, the magic doesn’t just stay on the pages. Watch as cosplayers bring iconic Romantasy characters to life right before your eyes! These talented performers will add an extra layer of enchantment to your experience.
Lounge Area with Games and Reading Corners
Need a break from all the excitement? Our cozy lounge area offers a place to unwind with games, reading corners, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you want to dive into a new book, chat with fellow Romantasy fans, or enjoy some lighthearted fun, the lounge is the perfect spot to recharge.
THe Fated Flames Ball with an Open Bar & Canapés
As the evening progresses, the magic truly comes alive at The Fated Flames Ball. Don your most extravagant costume and join us for an enchanting night of dancing, music, and revelry. With an open bar, you can enjoy the company of fellow Romantasy fans in an atmosphere brimming with fantasy and wonder. As you dance and mingle, enjoy an array of delicious canapés served throughout the night.

Set in the enchanting The Orangerie in the heart of ’s-Hertogenbosch, Romantasy Fair 2025 promises a breathtaking experience like no other. This stunning venue, known for its historical charm and fairytale ambiance, provides the perfect backdrop for a night filled with Romantasy magic. The Orangerie is a short ten-minute walk from ‘s-Hertogenbosch Central Station. Paid parking is available in the St-Joseph Street Garage, a one-minute walk from the venue.

Ticketholders for Romantasy Fair 2025 receive the following:
- Access to The Orangerie for the full duration of the event
- Unlimited beer, wine and soda for the full duration of the event (5 hours)

Romantasy Fair is 18+. IDs will be checked at the door. Photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes. Refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organization. Reselling is allowed.
