Welcome to Everlore

Beyond the Veil lies Everlore: a realm shaped by stories, connected to countless worlds beyond its own.

Everlore is the fictional world at the heart of Romantasy Fair 2026. Rather than simply stepping into the Laurenskerk on October 10th, you are invited to cross the Veil and become part of a story that has already begun.

At its centrer is Rosalie Wyn, the Veilkeeper of Everlore, charged with protecting the ancient magic that connects her realm to others. But the Veil is changing. Fractures have begun to appear between worlds, bringing unexpected visitors to Everlore and raising questions about what is happening beyond its borders.

All of this leads to the Veilfall Ball, where the story will leave the page and unfold around you at Romantasy Fair.

You don’t need to read the story to attend or enjoy the event. But if you’d like to know more about the world you are about to enter, recognise the characters you may encounter, and understand the events leading up to the Ball, this is where your journey begins.

Below, you can read the full Everlore story and discover what awaits on the other side of the Veil.

OR: Listen to the audiobook!

Some wonderful readers of For Everlore, along with visitors and crew members of Romantasy Fair, have joined forces to bring the story to life through an audiobook of For Everlore! The first chapters are now available to listen to below, with more being added as they’re recorded and ready to share. We hope you enjoy experiencing the world of Everlore in a whole new way!
